MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM
On December
1, 2001, CSA launched our SportsLeagues Membership program.
CSA offers two different
membership packages
Lifetime and Yearly
Lifetime Membership - $40 with a
$10 yearly renewal
One Year Membership - $30 yearly
Click here for the CSA SportsLeagues Membership application
A lifetime membership never expires
as long as the member pays the renewal fee. For example, a lifetime membership purchased
on December 1, 2001, would need to be renewed on January 1, 2003 and renewed again on
January 1, 2004
A yearly membership lasts for one
year, it expires at the end of the calendar month the next year that it was purchased. For
example, a membership purchased on January 10, 2002, would expire on January 31, 2003.
Benefits of Membership
- $10 off Sports Leagues Individual Sign-up fee
- $10 discount on Sports Leagues Team Fee for members
CSA will still keep our same basic competitive prices for all our
leagues. The benefit of membership is that members can receive substantial discounts if
they participate in several leagues and events.
How the Membership Program works
Team Sign-ups
When you sign up a complete team in a CSA sports league, you will be asked to submit a
roster at that time. Their is a maximum price and a minimum price for a team. For every
member on your roster, you will receive a $10 discount. Depending on the number of members
on your roster, your team fee will fall in that range. CSA does not have any roster
limits. The maximum discount a team can receive is $120 (or 12 members per team)
For example:
CSA Winter Co-ed Flag Football League
Maximum Team Entry fee: $600
Minimum Team Entry fee: $480
for details on how membership discounts are calculated
As you can see, CSA has kept the maximum price at approximately the
same rate as our 2001 entry fees and offered an incentive to members.
Individuals Sign-ups
Individuals that sign-up will be placed on a team by CSA and will receive $10 off the
participation fee for that league
Why should I purchase a CSA SportsLeagues Membership?
If you are an active adult that participates, or plans to participate in many
different social and athletic events, you can save a great deal as a member.
Here is an example:
Leland purchases a lifetime membership for $40
During 2002, Leland signs up as an individual and participates in the following leagues
Winter Flag Football, Spring Volleyball, Summer Softball, Fall Floor Hockey
Leland goes to four (4) CSA Happy Hours and one Braves game trip and goes on the CSA
Skydiving trip.
Leland would save:
$40 on Sports Leagues
$8 on Happy Hours
$7* on Braves Trip
$30* on the Skydiving trip
In 2002, the $40 lifetime membership saved Leland $85.
* - the prices used to compute the discount are for this example and may not
reflect the actual event prices
