CSA will have staff members
at THE NOOK from 12-2pm
Even if the competition portion of the event is postponed due to weather, CSA
will still be processing Free Agent applicants that want to sign-up and be
placed on a team.
THE NOOK is on Piedmont Ave, by 14th St.
A special event to kick off the 2010 spring season.
CSA is starting the Spring 2010 softball
season with a special event. "First Pitch" is a combination Free Agent
sign-up day, Softball skills competition, and Softball Tournament. The event is
a great way for players to meet their new teammates or just get ready for the
upcoming season
The event is free to anyone (teams and Free Agents) that signs up for CSA Sports
spring leagues.
Free agents can sign-up for the Spring leagues at the park and will be
immediately placed on a team for the upcoming season.
"First Pitch" event schedule
12-1pm - Free Agent sign-up period
Players can use the field to warm up, meet new teammates, ask questions of
CSA's staff, etc.
1-2pm - Skills competition - "Target practice"
A combination hitting and fielding skills competition with prizes for the
winners
The event is free for any player signed up to participate in CSA Sports upcoming Spring 2010 softball season.
The event fee is $10 for participants that are not registered to play.
Free Agents can sign-up for the upcoming 2010 Spring season in advance or on the day of the event during the Free Agent sign-up period.
