Competition Rules
Qualifying Rounds- Friday,
July 25th to Wednesday, July 30th
All qualifying rounds are held on Field #3.
Each player can hit as many "home runs" as possible before they record 10 "outs"
An out is any swing that does not result in a "home run"
All bats on the restricted list are allowed
Players can provide their own pitcher
To use a pitcher provided by CSA, an additional $5 is added to the entry fee
Tie-Breaker Round -
Wednesday, July 30th
The top two total scores advance to the finals. In the case of a tie during
the qualifying round, the players tied will meet in a tie-breaker. Each player
will have the chance to hit as many "home runs" before recording three (3) outs
Final Round - Thursday, July
31st
The top two qualifiers will face off in an old school style Home Run Derby.
The final round will be played on Field #2
Each players will bat in a seven (7) inning game. An inning is three outs.
ENTRY FEE: $10
Players can enter up to five times
Prizes:
1st place - 50% of total entry fees
2nd place - 20% of total entry fees
CSA reserves the right to deny any competitor
